Sticky keys
Anyone else got keys that stick?
Mine when I haven't played them for a bit seem to stick to the top bar.
So currently before playing I have to depress all the keys to get them unstuck before playing!

Re: Sticky keys
Nope, the mechanics of the keys are prfect on mine.
Re: Sticky keys
Mine does that too. I have to move down all keys first, when it was standing for some hours. Than the keys don't stuck and work as they should. Strange behavior...

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the replies.
I wonder why it may be, I might try taking it apart and having a look.....

Re: Sticky keys
Yup, i have that problem too. I visited a friend in the netherlands two weeks ago, his Pro2 seems to have a higher quality keyboard too and he did not have that problem.
Maybe its a question of usage? So after a few months of daily usage the stickyness will disappear?

Re: Sticky keys
Mine do a bit. Very slight after not being used for a while etc.
Re: Sticky keys
Mine go sticky after not playing for a day or so. Have to press them all down once to get back to normal.
Cheap. After touch is way too sensitive as well (for me)
Wish it had the Prophet 6 keybed.

Re: Sticky keys
Mine do this after a week or so of not using. Weird, but not a problem though. One tap on all of them and they're back to normal

Re: Sticky keys
I've noticed this on some other manufacturer's keybeds - for instance my CME UF8 does this - but as others have mentioned, one tap on each of the keys and all the stickiness goes, so I don't consider it a real problem

Re: Sticky keys
Not sure if it's related, but my Pro 2 has two keys (2nd F and G from the bottom of the keyboard) that don't fire at lower velocities. I've wondered if it might be some manufacturing residue in there somewhere, or perhaps the sensors are misaligned? But i didn't relized there was a general "sticky keys" issue with some Pro 2's ...
I love the 'board though - what a great synth!
