I posted this in another topic where I asked about the multitrack abilities of the P6, but I figured I'd make this a separate thread, since perhaps others might be interested in this as well.
Basically, I brought my Octatrack to the music store and decided to find out for myself how easy the P6 is to just record for multitrack purposes without spending hours of surgical sound engineering to get all sounds to gel. Turns out, it works pretty well right out of the box for layering and stuff.
I had about an hour with the Prophet-6, which amounted to recorded material into the Octatrack that became this. All sounds are P6, except drums from Tanzbaer.
